Styles of Accommodation
- Country Life provides accommodation for 41 students in a variety of styles including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units to 4 bedroom houses.
- All residences are fully furnished with every student having their own large bedroom, complete with cupboards and study desk.
- Students are responsible for their daily living, cooking needs and the cleanliness of their residence.

Cost of Accommodation
Rent is to be paid two weeks in advance and is priced as follows;
Share Accommodation: $110.00 per week *
Single Bedroom Unit: $160.00 per week *
Bond: 4 weeks rent to be lodged on the day of arrival.
- Tenants are responsible for their electricity costs. Gas & water are covered by rental.
- Rent is to be paid at least two weeks in advance.
- The tenancy is a set lease from 18th of February 2006 to 12th of November 2006.
- If you require a placement earlier or to stay later, arrangements can be made.
* These prices are for the 2006 academic year.

To accept your position we require;
- A holding deposit of two weeks rent -
- Signed Residential Tenancy Agreement -
- Signed Terms and Conditions -
- All deposits must be finalised by 27/1/06 or your accommodation place will be forfeited -
